ATK Takes in $186M in International Contracts to Provide US Allies with Ammunition; Mike Kahn Comments

ATK (NYSE: ATK) will produce ammunition and provide related services to U.S. allies under a series of international defense contracts worth $186 million combined.

The company said Wednesday that it will manufacture the ammunition at its U.S. facilities and perform the services on-site at customer facilities.

“Partnering with our allies to help maintain their defense capabilities aligns directly with our core business competencies and international growth strategies, ” said Mike Kahn, senior vice president and president of ATK’s defense group.
