Army Picks 7 Firms for $249M Medical Facility Construction Contract


ArmyLandSeven companies have won positions on a potential five-year, $249 million contract to design and build medical facilities for the U.S. Army.

The Army Corps of Engineers received 29 bids via the Internet for the firm-fixed-price, multi-year, multiple-award task order contract, the Defense Department said Thursday.

Funding and work performance location will be determined with each order.

Awardees include:

  • BM Government Services
  • Brasfield & Gorrie
  • Hoar Construction
  • ITSI Gilbane
  • J&J Maintenance
  • John J. Kirlin Special Projects
  • United Excel Corp.
