Aditi Badve, a Six Sigma Black Belt, has joined Eaton‘s (NYSE: ETN) aerospace group as director of continuous improvement and will oversee company initiatives in value, quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
She will report directly to Mike Gallant, vice president of manufacturing operations,  Eaton said Thursday.
“Aditi has worked closely with some of the world’s leading lean experts and brings a wealth of continuous-improvement expertise to Eaton, ” Gallant said.
Badve has served as a senior management consultant for TBM Consulting Group, a Lean Six Sigma management consultant for Next Level Partners and has held engineering and manufacturing management roles at Danaher Corp.
She holds a master’s degree in mathematics from India’s University of Pune and master’s degrees in statistics and mechanical engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
