ICF logo_EbizVivek Saxena, a former general manager at Pratt & Whitney, has joined ICF International (NASDAQ: ICFI) as a vice president for the consulting company’s SH&E business segment.

The 20-year aerospace industry veteran will lead ICF’s work in the operations and supply chain fields for aviation and aerospace clients, the company said Monday.

Sergio Ostria, an executive VP at ICF, said Saxena will also contribute to the company’s growth strategy in the international aerospace sector.

Saxena holds experience in the aerospace manufacturing operations, supply chain management and engineering program management fields, ICF says.

At Pratt & Whitney, he led work to transform the United Technologies subsidiary’s shop operations, supply chain performance, new product introduction and production ramp up processes.

He also held a supply chain leadership role for Pratt & Whitney’s Geared Turbofan and led war-on-cost in the subsidiary’s international supply chain for the F-35 fighter jet’s engine.

Saxena holds a U.S. patent for his work in product introduction, which was published as a Harvard Case Study.
