The 13-year public health policy veteran will oversee programs designed to help healthcare organizations respond to market and regulatory pressures in her new position, Deloitte said Monday.
Bill Copeland, Deloitte LLP’s U.S. life sciences and healthcare leader, said Thomas brings to the firm experience in leading healthcare sector initiatives that promote quality and transparency.
She has also served as director for the AARP’s Public Policy Institute, where she managed a team responsible for developing health policy research reports.
She has finished a master’s degree program at the Harvard School of Public Health.
