John Lambeth, formerly chief information officer at QinetiQ North America, has been appointed to the same role at Arlington, Va.-based logistics and support services contractor PAE.
He joined QNA as CIO in 2011 and led that company’s cloud computing security practice, as well as the process quality management and training teams.
Prior to QNA, he served as vice president of Blackboard‘s technology solutions group and oversaw the online education platform company’s work to align its information technology investments with strategy.
He also led Blackboard’s enterprise and business intelligence applications, Web presence and technology compliance for information security.
Lambeth is also a 14-year veteran of Xerox (NYSE: XRX), where his roles included a CIO post for Xerox Connect — the company’s IT consulting and managed services arm.
