ICF Acquires Digital IT Consulting Firm CITYTECH

acquisitionICF International (NASDAQ: ICFI) has completed its purchase of CITYTECH, a consulting services provider focused on interactive media, mobile applications and cloud computing and customer service management.

Terms were not disclosed and ICF intends for the acquisition to complement its portfolio of integrated digital and interactive offerings for both government and enterprise customers, ICF said Monday.

Chicago-based CITYTECH has a 100-employee workforce and reported $16 million in revenue for its fiscal year 2013.

Squire Sanders served as ICF’s legal counsel on the transaction while PwC performed financial and tax due diligence for Fairfax, Va-based ICF.
