Peri Widener has been appointed as vice president and general manager of integrated logistics within Boeing’s (NYSE: BA) global services business.
She will report to GS&S President Jim O’Neill and be responsible for readiness and after-delivery services for military systems, Boeing said Monday.
Widener succeeds Shelley Lavender, who was promoted to president of Boeing’s military aircraft business in December.
“She led significant revenue growth of the Rotorcraft Support business, including furthering its international expansion by building enduring relationships with customers worldwide, ” O’Neill said of Widener.
Widener joined Boeing in 1979 and has held roles in program management, government relations, marketing, public relations and business development.
