Bonnie Cook Promoted to ManTech Mission Solutions, Services Group EVP Role

Bonnie Cook, a 25-year veteran of ManTech International (NASDAQ: MANT), has been promoted to serve as executive vice president of business operations for the company’s mission solutions and services group.

Her previous roles at ManTech included responsibility for helping manage financial operations and to integrate acquisitions, ManTech said Tuesday.

As a group EVP, Cook will oversee enterprise services across the whole company and also manage the MSS group’s business staff functions.

“Bonnie has been the driving force in molding our finance, contracts, human resources, and recruiting functions into organizations capable of supporting a multi-billion dollar company, ” said Daniel Keefe, the group’s president and chief operating officer.

Prior to this promotion, Cook served as an executive officer for ManTech affiliates, joint ventures, and international subsidiaries in Turkey, Colombia, Panama, and Europe.
