He aims to help the company build relationships with clients working under GSA government-wide acquisition contract vehicles, Alion said Monday.
Prior to Alion, Crocker served as an information technology director for GSA’s New England area and has also worked for the Defense Logistics Agency and the U.S. Air Force.
“Ron’s experience on all sides of major acquisition programs gives him invaluable insight to the challenges and needs of our customers, ” said Alex Heidt, senior vice president and manager of Alion’s acquisition programs management group.
“He understands the details of our customers’ critical programs as well as the nuances of the contract vehicles, ” Heidt added.
Crocker has managed GSA indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity vehicles for various federal contractors, Alion says.
