Integrity Applications Inc. has purchased space surveillance and technical services provider Pacific Defense Solutions LLC as part of efforts to grow IAI’s space offerings.
IAI intends to consolidate the Kihei, Maui-based company’s technologies into its engineering and software service offerings in order to seek business opportunities, IAI said Friday.
Joseph Brickey, IAI chairman and CEO, said the company aims to leverage the transaction to deliver space situational awareness and space control,  products, tools and resources to clients. 
IAI recently launched a Kihei, Maui-based PDS business area under the IAI program operations team that is led by Wesley Freiwald.
