Harry Q.H. Lee II, a 27-year veteran of Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), has been promoted to vice president of corporate contracts, pricing and supply chain.

Lee will work to develop contracting processes and policies for the company and serve as principal interface for government regulators on pricing and contracts concerns, Northrop said Thursday.

He will report to James Palmer, chief financial officer and corporate vice president.

“Harry brings more than 30 years of combined aerospace and defense contract management experience to his new role, ” Palmer said.

“He has worked with a wide variety of government customers and covered numerous phases of the acquisition life cycle, ” Palmer added.

Lee most recently served as VP of contracts, pricing and program business operations for the company’s aerospace systems sector and has held other management roles.

He was a member of the Corporate Contracts Council and represented Northrop on the Aerospace Industry Association’s procurement techniques committee.

Before joining Northrop, Lee worked for G&H Technology and Hughes Aircraft Company.
