Catherine Gridley, formerly vice president of the aviation business at DynCorp International, has joined Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) as VP of business development for the company’s technical services sector.
Gridley will be responsible for the sector’s business development activities and also oversee capture activities in her new position, Northrop said Thursday.
She previously led DynCorp’s aviation group, which comprises of more than 6,000 workers stationed in more than 50 locations around the globe.
Before that, Gridley served as VP of customer services at General Electric‘s (NYSE:GE) aviation systems business with responsibility for its global aftermarket and customer base.
She has previously held leadership roles at Lucas Aerospace, TRW and Goodrich.
