Maureen Del Duca Joins Northrop in VP, Deputy General Counsel Post

Maureen Del Duca, formerly a senior vice president and deputy general counsel at AOL (NYSE: AOL) has joined Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) as VP and deputy general counsel for litigation and investigations.

She will be responsible for overseeing outside counsel regarding litigation, arbitration and investigation matters in her new role, Northrop said Monday.

Del Duca served as chief ethics and compliance officer at AOL in addition to her roles as SVP and deputy general counsel for litigation.

Her government career includes service as chief of the Federal Communications Commission‘s investigations and hearings division within the enforcement bureau.

She has also managed litigation for MCI and Marriott International and served as a litigation partner in private practice at Jenner & Block.
