Gregory Nixon Joins CH2M Hill as SVP, Chief Legal Officer

Gregory Nixon, formerly a senior vice president at DynCorp International, has joined CH2M Hill as senior vice president and chief legal officer.

He will report directly to CEO Lee McIntire and lead a team that provides risk management, compliance, insurance and legal services to the company’s customers, CH2M Hill said Tuesday.

Nixon most recently served as SVP, general counsel and corporate secretary at DynCorp.

The retired Air Force colonel has also  worked for McKinsey and Company, Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) and Howrey LLP‘s commercial litigation group.

He served on the 2008 presidential transition team for President Barack Obama and the Clinton administration’s Base Closure and Realignment Commission in 1993.

Before engaging in legal practice, he served as an engineering program manager and a supervisory congressional investigator.
