CSC, General Physics, Jacobs JV Wins $218M to Maintain Air Force Complex

F16FleetA joint venture comprising of Computer Sciences Corp. (NYSE: CSC), General Physics and Jacobs Sverdup has won a $218, 590, 871 contract modification to operate and maintain a complex at Arnold Air Force Base, Tenn.

Aerospace Testing Alliance will also help the Arnold Engineering Development Complex manage information under the cost-plus-award-fee contract, the Defense Department said Aug. 30.

The Air Force says AEDC has 43 aerodynamic and propulsion wind tunnels, rocket and turbine engine test cells, space environmental chambers, arc heaters, ballistic ranges and other specialized units.

ATA will perform work through Sept. 30, 2014.
