Maureen Carter Named Deloitte Digital Creative Director for Public Services; Rob Frazzini Comments

MaureenMaureen Carter has been named creative director at Deloitte Digital with responsibility for initiatives designed to help federal clients modernize the delivery of public services.

The former Nickelodeon digital brand creative vice president has worked for several entertainment firms including BMG, Comcast and Time Warner, Deloitte said Tuesday.

“Maureen’s appointment reflects Deloitte’s commitment to focus on the digital transformation of the federal government, ” said Rob Frazzini, Deloitte Consulting LLP principal and a federal leader at Deloitte Digital.

Carter, who holds numerous awards for her work and industry contributions, has been honored by several deloitteorganizations that include the Design Management Institute, National Association for Multi-Edthnicity in Communications and the Art Directors Club.

She has also spent 12 years as a part-time professor to college students in universities that include the Pratt Institute, Academy of Art University in San Francisco and Drexel University

Deloitte says Carter graduated magna cum laude twice, first from Hampton University with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and then from Pratt Institute with a master’s degree in communications design.
