Susan Balaguer Named ASRC Federal HR VP

Susan Balaguer, formerly an executive vice president at VT Group, has joined ASRC Federal as vice president of human resources.

The 25-year industry veteran will lead the company’s HR programs and be responsible for recruiting and managing talent, ASRC Federal said Tuesday.

Balaguer will also oversee employee relations, as well as succession planning and shareholder development programs.

At VT Group, she served as EVP of business services and partnered operating business units and management personnel to develop talent and recruitment strategies.

She also formed proposal reviews and acquisition due diligence in that role.

Prior to that, she served as HR director at Raytheon Technical Services (NYSE: RTN).

The platform will be built to support KSC's exploration ground systems.
