Pamela Little Joins CALIBRE Systems as EVP, CFO; Joe Martore Comments

Pamela LittlePamela Little, formerly Co-CEO at ATS Corp., has joined CALIBRE Systems Inc. as executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Little will report directly to President and CEO Joseph Martore as corporate treasurer and officer, and manage the company’s financial and information technology operations, strategic planning, capital structure, employee stock ownership plan and 401(k) investment, CALIBRE said Tuesday.

She brings more than 30 years of financial and operational portfolios from privately held firms, technology startups and publicly traded companies.

Calibre logoMartore said Little will aim to help drive CALIBRE’s financial operations.

Little previously held the EVP and CFO posts at ATS from 2007 before assuming the Co-CEO role at the company from 2011 to 2012.

Prior to joining ATS, she served various executive positions at Athena Innovative Solutions, ZKD Inc. and DAI.
