Noel Samuel Named CFO at immixGroup; Jeff Copeland Comments

noel samuel (1)Noel N. Samuel, a 20-year corporate finance and business development veteran, has joined immixGroup Inc. as the company’s chief financial officer.

He previously served as co-founder and CFO at Spear Inc. and was also senior vice president of finance at Perot Systems Government Services earlier in his career, immixGroup said Wednesday.

“As immixGroup is exploring opportunities for acquisition and to raise capital to fuel our continued growth, Mr. Samuel was the perfect fit, ” immixGroup CEO Jeff Copeland said.

For the past 10 years, Samuel has served a number of firms that provide IT services to federal agencies and organizations.

“I believe my experience in public sector IT working with technology companies will allow me to quickly make an impact on the business, ” Samuel said.

Prior to immixGroup and Spear, he held CFO roles for the public services unit at Dell.

He graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management Information Systems and later from the Indiana University as a Master of Business Administration in Finance.
