Gerry Fasano Named Lockheed IS&GS Business Development, Strategy Head

Gerry Fasano, a vice president and general manager at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), has been appointed VP of strategy and business development for the information systems and global solutions business unit.

He will lead a strategy and business development team comprising of three product lines and 28, 000 employees, Lockheed said Wednesday.

The 29-year industry veteran will also be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, overseeing growth plans and building customer relationships.

He succeeds Paul Lemmo, who was recently promoted to senior VP of corporate strategy and business development.

Fasano will also continue to serve as GM for Lockheed’s operations in Valley Forge, Pa.
