DynCorp Wins $45M to Support Navy Operations in the Philippines; George Krivo Comments

DyncorpLogoDynCorp International (NYSE: DCP) has won a $44.9 million contract modification award to provide the US Navy deployed in the Philippines with operations support services.

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command-Pacific award is the first of four one-year options for the contract originally awarded in June 2012, DI said Thursday.

Under the contract, DI will provide the Navy with labor, tools, equipment, facilities, supervision and other support services.

George Krivo, DynLogistics senior vice president, said the company has seen “significant growth in this program and are honored to be able to continue working with the U.S. military in the Philippines.”

With the first one-year option exercised, the DI contract has a total value of $223.5 million.
