The General Services Administration awarded the five-year blanket purchase agreement, which focuses on performance and process improvement initiatives, the company said Monday.
“When it comes to improving government operations, it’s important to attack the challenge from both a business management and technology consulting perspective,” DRC Chairman and CEO Jim Regan said.
“Our goal with every engagement is to help our clients’ self-sustain best practices and achieve long-lasting, transformational change,” Regan added.
The company will work with federal managers to set strategies and plans, measure performance, monitor execution and report results on workflows, methods and information systems.
DRC said it uses Lean Six Sigma, ISO international standards and other best-practice approaches as part of its methodology.
