Larry Clifton, acting chief human resources officer at CACI International (NYSE: CACI) since February, has been appointed to the position on a full-time basis and will also serve as an executive vice president.
Clifton’s appointment is effective immediately and he will continue to oversee talent management and leadership development, CACI said Thursday.
Prior to his current position, Clifton was a senior leader in recruiting and workforce planning at the company and assisted with initiatives that sought to bring growth opportunities for CACI’s intelligence business.
John Mengucci, chief operating officer and president of U.S. operations, said Clifton has contributed to the company’s expansion throughout his career.
Clifton helped create outreach programs, worked to sustain an ethical workplace culture and develop HR initatives that earned industry recognition for CACI’s recruiting and assimilation organization, the company said.
He held several leadership positions in the U.S. Air Force before joining CACI.
