Joseph Pacileo Joins TASC as Mission Solutions Unit VP; Al Pisani Comments

Joseph Pacileo, a former vice president at ManTech International Corp. (NASDAQ: MANT), has joined TASC as vice president of the mission solutions business unit.

He will lead the company’s operations for its intelligence and cyber customers at Fort Meade, Md., TASC said Wednesday.

Al Pisani, senior vice president of TASC’s intelligence group, said Pacileo will aim to grow the company’s footprint at Fort Meade in his new position.

Pacileo most recently served as cyber operations VP at ManTech and prior to that as a director at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), where he managed systems engineering, training and technical services.

Before joining the private sector, Pacileo served at the National Security Agency for more than 15 years, most recently as chief of the agency’s remote operations center.

He worked at the agency for 15 years in military assignments and retired from the Army with the rank of colonel after 25 years of active-duty service.

While in the Army, he supported signal intelligence and cyber programs in the intelligence community.
