DHS Awards $22B EAGLE II Small Business IT Program Support Portion

DHSlogoThe Department of Homeland Security has awarded 15 contracts under the $22 billion EAGLE II contract vehicle to teams of small businesses that will compete for task orders to perform information technology program support services.

This new round of awards covers the small business track of category two under the potential seven-year vehicle, DHS said in a May 17 FedBizOpps post.

Each contract under the vehicle contains a five-year base ordering period and an additional two-year option.

DHS awarded the open portion of EAGLE II’s third track in December 2012. to six companies and the small business track of category three to seven small business teams in March.
