Sujey Edward and Sheri Neely, respectively a former agile coach for federal agencies and a LIST Innovative Solutions veteran, have joined Salient Federal Solutions to serve as vice presidents.
Edward will serve as VP of the company’s agile center of excellence and Neely will lead the company’s mission critical software development unit, Salient said Wednesday.
In his new role, Edward will lead the company’s agility-as-a-service offerings and focus on best practices to deliver scaled agile offerings to agencies and organizations.
Neely, VP of operations at LIST prior to Salient’s acquisition of that company, will lead the company’s software engineering and information technology infrastructure teams that work in the federal civilian market.
She brings experience from projects with the Office of Personnel Management and the Patent and Trademark Office, according to Salient.
“The appointments of Sujey and Sheri are important milestones that will enable our team to maintain a strong strategic focus on the integration of technology, systems, and solutions, ” said Bill Parker, Salient chief operating officer.
Before joining Salient, Edward served as an agile coach for organizations such as the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Transportation Security Administration and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas.
Before joining LIST, Neely served as a VP and deputy business unit director at SRA International and worked with agencies such as OPM, the Agriculture Department and the Environmental Protection Agency.
