Pamela Harless, a former vice president at Capgemini, has joined Grant Thornton LLP as chief human resources officer, effective immediately.
Harless led her own human capital management consulting firm before joining the firm and worked with clients on aligning talent strategies and investments with business objectives, Grant Thornton said Tuesday.
Before leading her firm, she served as vice president of North American people and HR leader at Capgemini and held other talent management and HR roles during her eight years there..
As VP, she designed and implemented a three-year cultural and operational transformation program for Capgemini’s North American organization.
J. Michael McGuire, Grant Thornton national managing partner for markets, industry, people and culture, said Harless holds experience in developing employee engagement, retention and productivity programs.
Harless will report to McGuire in her new role and be based in Dallas.
Prior to joining Capgemini, she served as chief operations officer at software company Lucernex Technologies.
