Constance Soloway Named Northrop Electronic Systems HR Lead

Constance Soloway, a 28-year veteran of Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), has been appointed vice president of human resources in the electronic systems sector.

The appointment takes effect immediately and she will report to Gloria Flach, corporate vice president and president of the sector, Northrop said Wednesday.

Soloway will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies, programs and initiatives aimed to help develop employees and meet the sector’s long-term talent needs.

She most recently served as a vice president in the company’s enterprise shared services organization, having held responsibility for functions such as human resources, office administration, facilities and real estate, environmental health and safety and flight operations.

Prior to that, she served as HR director for the engineering, manufacturing and logistics function and then held the same position in the targeting systems division.

She has also served as director of learning and development.
