The U.S. Air Force has awarded five small businesses positions on a potential $950 million contract for advisory and assistance services supporting the branch’s civil engineer mission.

The ordering period for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract is for two base years from the date of award and includes three option years, the Defense Department said Friday.

Nineteen proposals were submitted to the Air Force for the contract, awarded as a 100 percent small business set-aside.

Contractors will receive task orders to support installation, major command and other Air Force Civil Engineer Center customers worldwide.

Awardees include:

  • AGEISS Inc.
  • BB&E Consulting Engineers and Professional LLC
  • Dawson Technical LLC
  • PB&A Inc.
  • FEDITC LLC

Initially, the Air Force will obligate $3, 000 on the first task order for each prime contract simultaneously, totaling $15, 000.
