Milou Carolan Named Northrop Info Systems HR VP; Denise Peppard Comments

Milou Carolan,  a former human resources consultant to public and private sector clients, has joined Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) as vice president of human resources and administration in the information systems sector.

Carolan will lead a team that develops and implements strategies aimed at acquiring, developing and retaining talent for the sector, the company said Friday.

She has previously served as VP for HR at ACS Government Solutions; personnel director for the District of Columbia; and deputy personnel director for the city of Philadelphia.

“Northrop Grumman is excited to welcome such a seasoned human resources leader to our team, ” said Denise Peppard, corporate vice president and chief human resources officer.

Carolan has also worked as a consultant to the city of Baltimore; Fairfax County, Va.; the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission; and the state of Tennessee.
