Lou Lifrieri, Mike Rhodes To Lead New CACI Groups; John Mengucci Comments

CACILogoLou Lifrieri and Mike Rhodes, both executive vice presidents at CACI International (NYSE: CACI), will lead two new business groups as part of a reorganization taking effect April 8.

Lifrieri will lead the new C4ISR (command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance) solutions group and Rhodes will lead the missions systems and services group, CACI said Tuesday.

Both groups were formed out of the mission systems group, led by Executive Vice President Karl Johnson, who will serve as an adviser to the company until he retires July 5.

“The establishment of our C4ISR solutions and mission systems and services business groups is the result of carefully planned leadership succession, ” said John Mengucci, chief operating officer.

“Lou Lifrieri and Mike Rhodes are highly capable professionals who give us focused leadership in areas that are mission-critical to our customers, ” Mengucci added.

Lifrieri joined CACI through its 1998 acquisition of QuesTech and has previously managed the company’s $19.25 billion Strategic Services Sourcing multiple-award contract.

Rhodes also joined CACI through the QuesTech transaction and has focused on C4ISR applications, logistics, intelligence solutions, investigation services, and strategic communications.

In his new role, he will leads a group of professionals in the operations, engineering, scientific, logistics and communications fields.
