The San Francisco-based engineering and government contractor reported $10.97 billion in revenue for the full year, a 15-percent increase over fiscal 2011 figures.
Fourth quarter 2012 revenue increased 24.2 percent over the prior year period to $2.97 billion.

Martin Koffel, chairman and CEO, said 29 percent of the company’s revenues in the most recent quarter came from its oil and gas segment.
“Our energy-related revenues from the oil & gas and power markets account for more than 40% of URS’ revenues,” he said.
URS’ oil and segment reported $1.5 billion in fourth quarter revenue and $2.3 billion in full 2012 revenue.
Koffel credited the company’s acquisition of Flint Energy Services Ltd. as helping drive oil and gas revenues.
The Flint acquisition represented $1.5 billion in full 2012 revenue for URS, the company said.
