MicroStrategy 4Q Revenue Up 3%

Microstrategy-logo_GovConWireBusiness intelligence and mobile software provider MicroStrategy (NASDAQ: MSTR) has announced financial results for the fourth quarter of its 2012 fiscal year, ended Dec. 31, 2012.

The company reported a 3-percent year-over-year revenue increase, from $160.3 million to $164.5 million.

Revenue for the quarter represents a record for the company, MicroStrategy said in its release.

Within the business intelligence segment, revenue increased 10 percent to $109.7 million compared to the $99.5 million for the prior year period.
