Barbour, currently senior VP and chief information officer since 2008, will succeed Linda Gooden and Ambrose will succeed Joanne Maguire as both Gooden and Maguire are retiring from the company.

“They (Gooden and Maguire) leave strong legacies and we wish them the best in their retirements, ” said Marillyn Hewson, CEO and president.

Hewson said that Barbour has focused for much of her career on defining the company’s cybersecurity infrastructure and deploying technology offerings.
