Army Awarding Up to $1B for Space, Missile Defense Engineering

ArmyMissileThe U.S. Army has awarded nine companies positions on a potential $997 million contract for systems engineering and technical assistance services, the Defense Department said Thursday.

Contractors will compete for task orders to perform work supporting the Army Space and Missile Defense Command.

Awardees include:

  • Analytical Services Inc.
  • COLSA Corp.
  • Engineering Research and Consulting Inc.
  • DMD
  • Quantum Research International Inc.
  • Radiance Technologies Inc.
  • Sigmatech Inc.
  • System Studies and Simulation Inc.
  • Warfighter Solutions LLC

The Army received 11 bids for the cost-plus-fixed-fee, multiple-award-task-order contract via an Internet solicitation.

Work will occur through Dec. 20, 2017 and the Army will determine location of work with each individual order.
