NJVC’s Lynn DeCourcey on Exec Collaboration, Data Protection

Lynn DeCourcey is a 20-year industry veteran who serves as vice president and general manager for cybersecurity at Chantilly, Va.-based NJVC.

Before she joined NJVC in March, she was an engineering manager at BAE Systems Inc., where she received an award for her contributions to the company.

ExecutiveBiz recently spoke with DeCourcey, discussing a range of topics including personal achievements, the company’s direction and competition in the industry.

Lynn spoke about the solidarity between NJVC’s five business units and how she works with other executives such as Kevin Jackson to leverage abilities in order to best serve the company’s clients.

DeCourcey also added her thoughts on a new datacenter the company is opening in Reno, Nev and how important data and protection of data has been in her career.
