Grant Thornton Names Julian Rosenberg a Contracts Advisory Practice Lead; Lou Crenshaw Comments

Grant Thornton has appointed 30-year contracting veteran Julian Rosenberg a director for its government contracts advisory practice, the firm announced Thursday.

Based out of the firm’s McLean, Va. office, he will advise clients and lead projects that help other government contractors work with federal and state governments.

“Our government contractor practice continues to expand to support dynamic companies who do business with federal and state government agencies and Julian is part of our growing team of specialists that serve this important sector, ” said Lou Crenshaw, head of the national aerospace and defense practice.

Most recently, he served as a director in a government contractor services group at KPMG.

Prior to that, he served as the director of compliance for HDR Inc. and was responsible for all compliance issues related to federal acquisition regulations, cost accounting standards and other related procurement matters.

He has also worked at Honeywell, Unisys and Computer Sciences Corp. (NYSE: CSC)
