Hewlett-Packard‘s (NYSE: HPQ) board of directors has declared a regular cash dividend of 13.2 cents per share of common stock.
It is the company’s fourth dividend in its 2012 fiscal year and will be paid on Oct. 3 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 12.
According to a company statement, HP has approximately 2 billion shares outstanding.
HP said its quarterly dividend has grown 65 percent on a per-share basis since April 2011.
