SafeNet CFO Charles Neral Stepping Down June 30

SafeNet Inc. Chief Financial Officer Charles Neral is stepping down to pursue another opportunity, effective June 30, the company announced Friday.

The company said it will search externally for Neral’s successor and Chief Accounting Officer Greg Repas will become CFO on an interim basis.

Repas will oversee corporate finance functions such as controllership, corporate financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax and risk management.

The 25-year finance veteran joined the company in October 2010 after serving as vice president and assistant controller at Black and Decker.

Neral joined SafeNet as CFO in October 2009 and previously served as the vice president of finance for IBM’s software business.

ICF International (NYSE: ICFI) recently appointed 25-year financial management veteran James Morgan CFO, who previously held the same role at Serco Inc.
