The Defense Department announced Tuesday the move exercises the seventh option year on the economic price adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
Work will occur in the southwest region and will support the four military branches and federal civilian agencies.
The Pentagon expects the work to finish by May 18, 2013 and the DLA’s troop support office in Philadelphia is the contracting activity.
In December 2011, the McLean, Va.-based engineering and science contractor also won a prime contract valued around $1 billion to supply and recycle aircraft tires.
