ICF Names Elaine Haemisegger Energy, Environment, Infrastructure VP

ICF International (NASDAQ: ICFI) has appointed Elaine Haemisegger vice president of energy, environment and infrastructure.

The company announced Wednesday she will manage all aspects of environmental planning and development services.

Her experience in environmental consulting will help direct the company’s strategic growth plans and operations, said Senior Vice President Stephen Wyngarden.

Haemisegger joined ICF from consultancy and research firm Abt Associates, where she served as vice president and deputy division manager and helped lead the environment and resources division.

Late last year, the company named Jeffrey Neal, former chief human capital officer for the U.S. Homeland Security Department, a senior vice president.
