Breaking: ICF Names GDIT Vet Robert Toth Contracts SVP

ICF International (NASDAQ: ICFI) has appointed Robert Toth senior vice president of contracts and administration, GovCon Wire has learned.

He previously served as vice president for contracts at General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) information technology business unit, where he was responsible for overall policy, management and leadership of the company’s contracts administration function.

According to GDIT, his 17 years of experience includes program, contract and financial management in the federal market.

The company said his experience also includes contractual and pricing matters, developing direct cost and indirect rate strategies, risk mitigation, merger and acquisition support and Sarbanes Oxley reviews, part of internal and external compliance.

Late last week, ICF appointed Elaine Haemissegger vice president of energy, environment and infrastructure, where she will oversee environmental planning and development services.
