Former SRA CEO Renny DiPentima Joins ASI Board of Directors

ASI Government has appointed former SRA International CEO Renny DiPentima to its board of directors, the company announced Monday.

DiPentima said in a release that he joined the board because of the company’s approach to innovation, including methods such as design thinking.

ASI President and CEO Kymm McCabe said the appointment is part of plans to seek thought leaders in the government contracting sector.

DiPentima joined SRA in 1995 after serving as the Social Security Administration’s chief information officer and deputy commissioner for systems.

He manged the SSA’s information processing, data and voice communication systems.

He also served as chairman of the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Improvement Team and supported the White House’s National Performance Review Initiatives.
