SRA International Inc. has been awarded the National Institutes of Health’s customer service portfolio contract by the National Library of Medicine’s center for information technology, SRA announced Friday.
The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, single-award contract has one base year with four one-year options and is valued at nearly $60 million if all options are exercised.
SRA said its support will include IT desk service and training. SRA will also provide desktop support to NIH centers and other customers within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Paul Nedzbala, SRA’s health group senior vice president, said SRA will employ 100 positions in Maryland for this program.
