Lockheed Acquires Unmanned Avionics Firm Procerus Technologies
Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) has acquired Procerus Technologies for an undisclosed amount, Lockheed announced Tuesday.
Procerus specializes in autopilot and avionics for micro unmanned aerial systems. Lockheed said its mission systems and sensors business will manage Procerus.
“This acquisition is consistent with our focus on acquiring capabilities that enhance our product portfolio and align with our customers’ strategic priorities,” said Bob Stevens, Lockheed chairman and CEO.
