CSC Names Vincent Ley VP, GM in Public Sector Civil Group

Computer Sciences Corp. (NYSE: CSC) promoted Vincent Ley to vice president and general manager of integrated customer solutions for CSC’s North American public sector civil group.

The company said Ley, who joined CSC in 2006, will be responsible for CSC’s federal customer contact centers, digitization processes and service support centers.

Ley most recently was the customer relationship executive for the company’s homeland security business unit.

Ley will report to Mike Gaffney, president of CSC’s North American public sector civil group.

“Vince’s focus on the importance of customer service will be instrumental in continuing to build CSC’s reputation for outstanding contact center service, ” Gaffney said.
