Neustar Inc. (NYSE: NSR) has named Joe Pasqua to head Neustar Labs and lead its efforts to grow the company’s product and services portfolio through research and development, Neustar announced today.
Pasqua was named to the newly created position of vice president of Neustar Labs.
Prior to his appointment, Pasqua was chief technology officer of Symantec‘s $2 billion data center business and led company research for security products, according to the release.
Mark Bregman, Neustar’s senior vice president and chief technology officer, indicated that Pasqua brings expertise that will, “enhance Neustar’s efforts to bring more precise and actionable insights.”
Active in the technology industry since 1981, Pasqua has also held positions with Xerox, Oracle and Adobe.
