CSC to Provide IT Infrastructure to NIH Library of Medicine

Computer Sciences Corp. (NYSE: CSC) has won a task order under its CIOSP2i contract with the National Institutes of Health to continue providing IT infrastructure services to the National Library of Medicine.

The company will provide the world’s largest biomedical library with:

  • communication and network services
  • desktop systems support and security
  • critical infrastructure protection
  • information assurance
  • application development

The task order is worth up to approximately $25 million over a one-year base period and two option years.
