ITT Corp. (NYSE: ITT) will webcast a series of investor relations events on Oct. 13 and Oct. 14 to discuss its previously announced plan to separate into three independent publicly traded companies. The seperation is planned for October 31, 2011.
On Oct. 13, senior management including future ITT Corp. President and CEO Denise Ramos and future CFO Tom Scalera will present a forward-looking overview of the corp.
Also on Oct. 13, executives from Xylem, the company that will result from the spinoff of ITT’s water business, will also present an overview of that company. Speakers will include future president and CEO Gretchen McClain and future CFO Mike Speetzen.
On Oct. 14 , executives from ITT Exelis, the company that will result from the spinoff of ITT’s defense business, will present an overview of that company. Speakers will include future president and CEO Dave Melcher and future CFO Peter Milligan.
